- First, as expected, Birthdays
- Second, Wedding Anniversary
- Third, surprisingly, Graduation .

Keep in mind that the actual designs for Most Popular do not necessarily follow the above categories since, for example, "Birthdays" would be spread out over numerous designs while "Wedding Anniversary" has fewer options.
