Pioneers of their time, here is the Bleriot XI, from very early 1900s.

The sky is actually blue with colored pencil in this illo, though the scanner did not pick it up.

I just realized I still had the Thanksgiving card on the side bar... and it's only 2 weeks till Christmas! opps, to say the least.
