This is the border for the Doctor Who themed 7k spread I posted a few days back.
I took out the drawing and left only the border and bulletins where various text and stats can be written.
This can be adapted to any running events to be documented, or, take off the "basically run" tag at the top and insert your own.
This template is available on the Patreon for $3+ patrons.

Bullet Journal 5K Doctor Who Spread
I've got a new 5k to run and off course a new Doctor Who themed spread to document the run in my workout journal.
This is the War Doctor and The Moment, a.k.a Bad Wolf.
The wallet sized bib is placed where it will ultimately be glued down. The running stats will go on the bundle on the right.

Bullet Journal 7K Page Finished
I finished coloring the virtual 7k page in the Bullet / Workout Journal this morning. Here it is with the medal. The uncolored template for this page is available through my Patreon.
And since I'm on a Doctor Who kick lately, I drew the 11th doctor's sonic screwdriver last night. I still need to color in the copper pieces to finish these.

Bullet Journal Running Stats
In the process of coloring my Doctor Who Virtual Race - the Sonik 7K - in my bullet / workout journal. It's my first virtual race, so I ran in increments as you can see from the stats.
I miscalculated a bit and ended up running 8 km instead of 7! Good practice for the next one, right?!
The template for this is on my Patreon.
Great for the Doctor Who fan who happens to run. Can be adapted to any event or personal log really, just enter your own stats and use the bottom space for notes to remember.
