Bullet Journal 30 Day Challenge

Last Monday I started a 30 Day Challenge involving pull-ups, lunges and push-ups, or PLP. It started with 10 reps of each with 1 additional rep per day. At the end of the 30 day, I'll be doing 39 of each!!!
So off course I had to do a spread in the workout journal for it, and here it is.

Column 1: colored in when PLP are done.
Column 2: the time it takes me to do it.

Bullet Journal 7K Page Finished

I finished coloring the virtual 7k page in the Bullet / Workout Journal this morning. Here it is with the medal. The uncolored template for this page is available through my Patreon.

And since I'm on a Doctor Who kick lately, I drew the 11th doctor's sonic screwdriver last night. I still need to color in the copper pieces to finish these.

Bullet Journal Workout Challenge Spread

This is a spread I did in my bullet / workout journal to represent a personal physical challenge.
I finally got around to coloring it and just finished last night. In color pencil.

Bullet Journal Rewards Page

The whole point of working out is, off course, the rewards! And I don't mean just the fact of being in better physical shape, though that's obviously a nice "side effect", no, what I'm talking about is the LOOT!
This is the REWARDS Page, for the list of goals and rewards that will be had once said goal is accomplished.
Hmm, I might turn this into a template... if I do I'll add it to the Patreon page.
2.25.17- Edit: Template now on Patreon for ALL supporters!

Bullet Journal Workout Spread

It's been quite a while since I posted here... time to get the blog going again.
Let's start with a few things I've been doing lately. For the first, here's a map in my workout journal. It's the western half of the US. The city posts on the left represent the mileage from San Francisco, CA to Denver, CO.
All physical activity is converted into mileage. I want to see how far I can "walk", hopefully all the way to Denver this year.
